Popular Pakistani Journalist and TV anchor person Faisal Qureshi, a simple guy with reasonable features, but great intelligence level, was born in Karachi on August 16, 1962.
He completed his primary and secondary education from the same city and went abroad for higher education. He did his B.S Degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Since his student age, Faisal Qureshi has always been active in student unions and organizations. Today also, Faisal Qureshi is known to the founder chairperson of several organizations, meant for the welfare of Pakistan.
Mensa Pakistan (a virtual high IQ society for the intellectuals of Pakistan), Loose Ends Pakistan- a non Profit NGO for the awareness of youth and has been an ex-chairperson of P@SHA- Pakistan Software Houses Association to name a few.

Faisal Qureshi is well known for his appearance as a comical character in Ufone ads on TV. He has got great sense of humor. One of his recent projects is a play Uski Suno awaz, aired fom Geo TV. Faisal has himself directed, and written it. The play is a satirical comedy.
