• The victory on October 4 of 1969, and

• The twelfth victory in the Championship

These days are very important. To date, Alabama football has always been an interesting topic of discussion nationwide; especially with its successful state football team. The beginning of the Crimson Tide program was indeed an important milestone in the history of Alabama football.

Since its establishment in 1892, it has so far won 12 national championships, which is something to be proud of. Among others, the victory on October 4 of 1969 was very important because it was the first night game to be televised live across the nation, and Alabama had won with the memorable Ole Miss’s Archie Manning accounting for 540 yards of total offense.

Apart from that, the twelfth victory in the Championship during the 1993 season was also crucial to the state, especially in marking its strong foothold in the country’s football history Records.
