Ashley Young is a 26-year-old British Born Footballer (born 9 July 1986) who plays his club footballer for The English club Manchester United football club.

Young started his career at Watford in 2003 breaking into their senior team and making a total of 98 appearances and scoring 19 goals. Young helped Watford get promotion into the Premier League and helped them fight relegation in The Premier League.

It is during this time he caught the eye of other clubs as an exciting and prospective talent. Aston Villa football club approached him in 2007 and signed him from Watford. He played 157 games for Aston Villa from 07 to 11 scoring a total of 30 goals during this time.

In June 2011 after 3 consistent years at Aston Villa Ashley Young signed for Manchester United FC for a deal worth around 16 to 20 million pounds. He’s also represented The England U21s and has also made his breakthrough into England’s senior side making a total of 15 appearances and scoring 2 goals in the process.

Young is known for his fast pacy runs on the wings and his precision crosses to target men. He also possesses great skill on the ball and great dribbling skills making him a threat whenever he has the ball.

His finishing occasionally lets him down and his small height and small body frame occasionally put him at a disadvantage going one on one against defenders and trying to win aerial balls.
