Scotland was for a long time known for its managers that managed some brilliant clubs in England and the level of football for a long time was considered as substandard.
With big money being invested in Scottish football, a few of the clubs have become a genuine threat to other big names in Europe and the viewership of Scottish football has increased a great deal.
There are two clubs for sure within Scotland that have been head to head for a long time and seem to be the only ones fighting for the title. Rangers and Celtics are probably the most famous and best clubs in Scotland.
In the last decade or so, no other club but these two have been crowned the Scottish Premier League champions and the way things are shaping up this season, the results won’t be any different.
Hearts, Dundee Utd football club, and Motherwell are the next three clubs that are playing the catch up again and try to cause some sort of bothering to the 2 Scottish giants. Kilmarnock, St. Mirren, and Inverness CT are the next three on the list; these clubs don’t necessarily cause any threat to the big two but try to ensure that they work hard enough to pave way for themselves in Europe somehow.
The list is finished off with the inclusion of clubs like Hibernian, St. Johnstone, and Hamilton Academical who complete the numbers.
