Viggo Mortensen is a renowned and versatile American Actor, painter, musician, photographer and a poet. Born on 20th October, 1958 as Viggo Peter Mortenson Jr, in New York, he has appeared in a number of super hit films and has established his credentials as a multi-talented actor.

Early Career

Viggo Mortensen started his acting career from theater and his first movie role came after years of live theatre acting in “Witness” playing the role of a farmer. He appeared in “Search for Tomorrow” followed by Bent in 1987, which helped his acting career a great deal.
