In women’s singles, Flavia Pennetta defeated Roberta Vinci 7-6, 6-2 in the first-ever all-Italian Grand Slam final.
Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut defeated Jamie Murray and John Peers 6-4, 6-4 and lifted the trophy in the men’s doubles category.
Women’s doubles were won by Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis, who beat Casey Dellacqua and Yaroslava Shvedova 6-4, 6-4 in the championship match.
Hingis also won mixed doubles in pair with Leander Paes, after defeating Bethanie Matterk-Sands and Sam Querrey 6-4, 3-6, 10-7.
Taylor Harry Fritz won the boys’ singles event after beating Tommy Paul 6-2, 6-7, 6-2 in the final.
The event in boys’ doubles was won by Felix Auger-Aliassime and Denis Shapovalov, who won against Brandon Holt and Riley Smith 7-5, 7-6 in the championship match.
Girls’ singles of US Open 2015 was won by Dalma Galfi, who defeated Sofia Kenin 7-5, 6-4.
Viktoria Kuzmova and Aleksandra Pospelova won girls’ doubles, after defeating Anna Kalinskaya and Anastasia Potapova 7-5, 6-2 in the final match.
Pat Cash and Mark Philippoussis defeated Michael Chang and Todd Martin 6-2, 6-1 in the final match of the men’s champions invitational legends tournament.
Women’s champions invitational was won by Lindsay Davenport and Mary Joe Fernandez, who beat Tracy Austin and Gigi Fernandez without playing the final.
In the wheelchair events, the singles competition was won by Shingo Kunieda, who defeated Stephane Koudet in yet another Grand Slam final. This time, it was 6-7, 6-3, 6-2.
In men’s doubles, Stephane Houdet lifted the trophy in pair with Gordon Reid, after beating Nicolas Peifer and Michael Jeremiasz 6-3, 6-1 in the final.
Jordanne Whiley lifted the trophy in women’s singles, defeating Yui Kamiji 6-4, 0-6, 6-1.
In women’s doubles, Jiske Griffioen and Aniek Van Koot defeated Marjolein Buis and Sabine Ellerbrock 7-6, 6-1.
In the wheelchair quad singles, Dylan Alcott defeated David Wagner 6-1, 5-6, 7-5 in the final match of US Open 2015.
Nick Taylor and David Wagner lifted the trophy in the quad doubles after winning against Dylan Alcott and Andrew Lapthorne 4-6, 6-2, 10-7.
